Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

You are responsible für the complete commercial customer journey, from initial contact, sales pitch, and contract negotiation to long-term account management.

This includes:

  • Sales and business development activities in Germany and other European countries
  • Lead generation via cold calling, event participation, and networking activities
  • Presentation of CID expertise, technology, and products to interested prospects onsite and via web meetings
  • Identification of client use cases that can benefit from CID solutions
  • Business value and gap analysis and solution design, supported by business consultants and technology professionals
  • Proposal creation and contract negotiation
  • Mid-and long-term account management including contract renewals, cross- and upselling, supported by business consultants, technology professionals, and project managers

Your profile

  • Business administration and IT background, e.g. having worked as a software consultant, software architect, or in software sales and business development positions with a significant focus on technology
  • Experience in selling complex solutions incorporating most modern software standards and Artificial Intelligence to large enterprises
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Interested in traveling to thriving European places and in meeting interesting prospects who are leaders in their markets
  • Entrepreneurial, pro-active spirit and motivation help us grow our business in a dynamic, innovative market environment
