Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the comprehensive property management in Freigericht and Hasselroth.
  • You conduct security inspections, such as visual and functional checks.
  • You ensure that order, cleanliness, and functionality are maintained in the company buildings.
  • You commission external companies and ensure on-site supervision of external firms.
  • You monitor and document the work of our internal and external service providers, such as maintenance of outdoor areas, cleaning and winter services, as well as repairs and maintenance of elevators, ventilation systems, and alarm and locking systems.
  • You independently operate and manage agricultural machinery. In addition, minor repairs and small care-taker tasks complete your job profile.
  • You are the central point of contact for questions regarding the building and enjoy interacting with different people and service providers.

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training in a technical trade, preferably as a mechanic / mechatronics engineer / fitter / industrial fitter (m/f/d).
  • Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience in the field of building services/facility management.
  • You have a keen interest in technical tasks and ideally have in-depth knowledge of heating, ventilation, and plumbing.
  • You are willing to work between 06:00 and 18:00. You are also open to on-call duty.
  • In addition, you have a good knowledge of German, other foreign languages such as English are desirable.
  • You have basic IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • You work in a structured, independent and team-oriented manner and are exceptionally service-oriented and resilient.
  • You are in possession of a class B driving license.
  • You can always be relied on – you score points with your reliable and responsible way of working.
