You work in all administrative matters of personnel work and you assist with the creation of certificates, testimonies and statistics. You are responsible for maintaining master data and personnel files. In addition, you handle our employee administration processes and the employee exits. You take over the communication with authorities, insurances and health insurances. Furthermore, you are the contact person for employees regarding accounting law, fiscal and social insurance issues. You prepare the monthly payroll in consideration of company regulations and you are responsible for the implementation of the application management and you support the recruitment of our specialists.
You have a completed commercial education including a qualification in human resources with relevant professional experiences in human resources. You have extended knowledge in fiscal law, employment and social insurance law and you have well-founded knowledge in MS Office applications. Organizational aptitude, discretion and resilience characterizes you as well as careful, structured and independent way of working. Flexibility, commitment and capacity for teamwork are your strengths. Good spoken and written German and English complete your profile.
