Personnel Administrator (m/f/d)

Full-time permanent position at the earliest possible date in Hasselroth

Your responsibilities

  • independent preparation of employment contracts, references, certificates and correspondence
  • independent processing of administrative personnel tasks for new hires and departures, transfers and contract changes
  • maintaining and managing personnel master data in the HR management system and keeping personnel files
  • processing reporting and certification as well as time management
  • taking on general operational activities within the department

Your profile

  • successfully completed commercial education with relevant professional experiences in HR
  • advanced knowledge in fiscal law, employment and social insurance law
  • ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality as well as a careful, structured and independent way of working
  • good communication skills and a positive and friendly demeanor towards employees and contact persons
  • discretion and responsible handling of sensitive data and information
  • advanced knowledge of common MS Office software, especially Word and Excel
  • good written and spoken German and English skills
