Your responsibilities

As part of our organizational team, you are responsible for cross-departmental secretarial tasks. Your tasks include the office management and the support of our locations, the correspondence, the telephone support and the data and address maintenance. Furthermore, your tasks include mail processing (incoming mail, distribution, filing organization and outgoing mail), the coordination of office supplies and the travel organization, as well as the travel expense management. You take care of the planning, organization and realization of internal and external company events. Your activities also include the reception and the hospitality of guests and the team support for ongoing projects, as well as holiday replacements.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification and have initial experience in the field of assistance. You have a quick grasp and a confident manner, have a distinct organizational talent and the ability to clearly prioritize. You enjoy working independently as much as working in a team. With your cheerful hands-on mentality you distinguish yourself through dynamic, but also precise work, you have an eye for detail. You have good to very good knowledge of the common Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point,Outlook) and are experienced in dealing with the Internet. Good spoken and written German and English complete your profile. You are professional in dealing with interlocutors at all times. You enjoy your job and bring commitment and flexibility with you.
