As Technical Account Manager (TAM), you build and maintain relationships with our customers, understanding their technical requirements and business objectives.
Based on our product suite, you serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, providing guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and promptly addressing any technical inquiries or issues.
Furthermore, you manage projects of different sizes and complexity in an agile environment and cooperation with our product owners. It is your task to coordinate the software delivery and customization efforts and ensure timely delivery.
You take over the turnover planning and budgeting by your team leader. You are responsible for moderating workshops with customers and presenting development status to internal or external stakeholders.
Based on your strong team attitude, you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, software development, software engineering, and support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve technical problems.
You like challenges, have experience working independently and are target-oriented to find solutions.
You have a degree, ideally in the area of computer sciences or a comparable degree in a similar area of expertise, and you already have a minimum of two years of working experience; alternatively, you have several (minimum five) years of experience in IT Project Management.
You have an agile attitude and experience as an IT project manager, in the best case, in agile software development. You demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A customer-focused mindset with a solid commitment to delivering exceptional service, a high sense of responsibility, quality awareness, and a very focused and independent manner of working are self-evident for you. You convince with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Your hands-on mentality and team spirit help you work independently, target oriented, and successfully achieve your project goals.
Good spoken and written German and English complete your profile.
